Terms and conditions

The present general conditions of sale of tarotleader.com and its facebook page (hereafter the " General Conditions of Sale ") define the rights and obligations of the Parties within the framework of the sale of products and services by the annex pages of Astrovision voyance to the Users of the page.

By using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Definitions 1.1. "Online counseling service" refers to the counseling service provided by our organization through online communication channels. 1.2. "User" refers to any person who uses our online counseling service. 1.3. "Counselor" refers to the professional counselor who provides counseling services through our online counseling service.
Use of Online Counseling Service 2.1. The online counseling service is for informational and educational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional counseling or medical advice. 2.2. The online counseling service is only available to individuals who are 18 years or older. 2.3. Users are solely responsible for their use of the online counseling service, and any actions they take based on the advice or information provided by the Counselor. 2.4. Users must provide accurate and truthful information about themselves, their concerns, and their background, when using the online counseling service. 2.5. Users are prohibited from using the online counseling service for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, intimidate, or defame the Counselor or any other User.
Confidentiality and Privacy 3.1. All communications between the User and the Counselor are confidential, except as required by law. 3.2. The online counseling service complies with all applicable laws and regulations governing the privacy and security of personal information. 3.3. Users must provide their consent to the collection and use of their personal information, as set forth in the online counseling service’s privacy policy.
Payment and Cancellation Policy 4.1. Users are required to pay for each counseling session before the session begins. 4.2. The online counseling service accepts payment by credit card or other methods as specified on the website. 4.3. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled counseling session to receive a full refund. 4.4. Users who cancel their session less than 24 hours in advance will be charged for the session.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability 5.1. The online counseling service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation any warranty for information, services, uninterrupted access, or products provided through or in connection with the online counseling service. 5.2. The Counselor does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, suitability, or availability of any information or services provided through the online counseling service. 5.3. The Counselor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the online counseling service.
Termination of Service 6.1. The online counseling service may terminate the provision of its service to any User at any time and for any reason. 6.2. The online counseling service may terminate the provision of its service to any User who breaches these terms and conditions.
Changes to Terms and Conditions 7.1. The online counseling service may revise these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. 7.2. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms and conditions periodically for any changes.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction 8.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the online counseling service is located. 8.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved by the courts of the jurisdiction

The Customer declares to have read and accepted the rights and obligations related to these terms. Any order made is governed by the present General Conditions of Sale.

Refund Policy Users who are not satisfied with the counseling session may request a refund by contacting the online counseling service within 24 hours of the session. The online counseling service will provide a full refund for the session if the User is not satisfied with the quality of the counseling provided. No refunds will be provided after 24 hours of the counseling session. The online counseling service reserves the right to refuse any refund request if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the request is not valid or justified.

In case of contradiction between the present General Terms of Sale and the General Terms of Use, the General Terms of Sale will prevail.

The General Sales Conditions applicable to the Customer are those in force on the day of his order. The related pages of Astrovision clairvoyance makes a commitment to preserve all its former General Conditions of Sale and to forward them to any Customer who would make the request.

ARTICLE 1. DEFINITIONS

"Subscriber(s) " : User who has subscribed to the Subscription.

"Subscription " or " Service by Subscription " : right of temporary access to the products

"Astrovisionvoyance.fr " : Avs corp, a Tunisian company with a capital of 3 500$ euros, registered in the trade register under the number 1679473N, whose head office is located at Au berges du Lac, Tunis, taken in its capacity as editor of the Site.

"Customer(s)": any User who has either subscribed to a Subscription or purchased a Product on the Site and/or via the facebook page.

"Contract " : Agreement concluded between tarotleader.com and the Customer who has accepted the present General Sales Conditions, after validation by tarotleader.com of the Customer's subscription request according to the terms defined in article 3 of the present document.

"Contractual Month": period of 28 to 31 days depending on the month running each month from the nth day of the month from the day of subscription of the Subscription ending on the day before the nth day of the following month. By exception, if the nth day does not exist in the month in question, it will be replaced by the previous day.

"Partner(s)": Face book page " Astrovision Voyance related page "

"Party (ies) " : individually the Customer or tarotleader.com and collectively the Customer and Astrovisionvoyance.fr

" Product(s) " : Any document or service proposed by the Site and its partners related to astrology, horoscope, tarot and clairvoyance. These documents and services are divided into two categories:

- The subscription

- The punctual product

Site": Internet site accessible to the URL Astrovisionvoyance.fr as well as the partners of the site

ARTICLE 2. MARKETING OF PRODUCTS ON DEMAND

The Clients can order each Product individually. The products are given either on the website itself or directly on the partner facebook pages

ARTICLE 3. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE

3.1 Terms of subscription

The subscription to a Subscription allows access to the products subscribed by the customer, corresponding to his purchase, namely according to the form used

3.2 Withdrawal

In case of subscription to a Service by Subscription, the Customer is informed that he has a right of withdrawal, in accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code. This right may be exercised within fourteen (14) clear days from the date of subscription to the Subscription Service by the Customer. The request for retraction must be notified to Astrovisionvoyance.fr by email at the following address: bessonamb@gmail.com

It is reminded, in accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21-5 and L.121-21-8 13° of the Consumer Code, that the fact that the Customer uses the Subscription Service subscribed to before the expiry of the period of fourteen (14) clear days is likely to cause the Customer to lose the right to exercise his right of withdrawal, provided that the Customer has expressly expressed his desire to use the Service.

If the Customer has begun to use the Service by subscription, he/she retains his/her right of withdrawal for fourteen (14) days. The Customer will be reimbursed on a pro rata basis for the use he has made of the Service by subscription.

3.3 Pricing and automatic renewal

The Subscription is subject to the payment of a price for each monthly subscription period. In case of rejection of a payment on the due date, the Subscription will be suspended until the situation is regularized by the Customer.

Astrovisionvoyance.fr is free to change its rates. In this case, the Subscriber will be informed by any means one (1) month before the new rates come into effect. If the Subscriber refuses the increase in rates, he may terminate his Subscription at the end of the current Contractual Month in accordance with the procedure described in Article 6 hereof.

Invoices are issued on a monthly basis and are payable by credit card

When subscribing, the Customer accepts automatic renewal of his monthly payments at the full rate of his chosen subscription until he cancels it using the procedure described in Article 6 hereof.

3.4 Duration

The present contract between tarotleader.com and the Subscriber is concluded for an indefinite period.

ARTICLE 4. PAYMENT

4.1 Payment

The price of each Product or Subscription is indicated on the Site or on the partner facebook pages.

The prices displayed are only valid on the day of the order and are not effective for the future. These prices can be modified at any time by tarotleader.com .

The prices indicated on the Site and its partners are understood to be in Euros, all taxes included.

The price is payable by the Customer by credit card

4.2 Security

Astrovisionvoyance.fr ensures a maximum security during the payment, via the use of a secure online platform.

ARTICLE 5. RESPONSIBILITIES

Astrovisionvoyance.fr reminds the customer of the essentially playful character of the Products. In no case, the Products of the Site constitute legal, psychological, medical, professional or financial advice. In the same way, the Products cannot replace any diagnosis, in particular medical or psychological made by a health professional.

The use of the information and contents of each Product cannot engage the responsibility of Astrovisionvoyance.fr in any way whatsoever. The User or the Customer are the only ones in charge of the good use, with discernment and spirit, of the information put at his disposal on the Site.

Astrovisionvoyance.fr will not be responsible for indirect damages of any nature whatsoever including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of image.

Furthermore, the responsibility of the related pages cannot be engaged for any failure to fulfil one of its obligations which would be due to a case of force majeure or to the fact of a third party.

ARTICLE 6. TERMINATION

6.1 Termination of the Subscription Service

Each Party is free to terminate the Subscription Service. Termination will be effective at the end of the current Contractual Month.

ARTICLE 7 Closing of the Site or the Subscription Service

Astrovisionvoyance.fr may terminate, at its sole discretion, the operation of the Site or the Service by Subscription subject to having previously informed the Customers by respecting a notice period of one (1) month and without such a decision can engage the responsibility of Ambre Besson, in any capacity whatsoever.

ARTICLE 8. Modification of the General Conditions of Sale

Astrovisionvoyance.fr reserves the right to modify at any time these Terms of Use, including the evolution of the characteristics of the Subscription Service.

The Customer is informed of the modifications of the General Terms of Sale on his Customer Account and by e-mail within a period of fifteen (15) to thirty (30) days before they come into force, unless they are dictated by an imperative rule or a judicial decision, in which case they will come into force immediately.

Any Client consulting a Product of the Documentary Base or logging on to its Client Account after their entry into force shall be irrevocably deemed to have accepted said amendments and modifications.

ARTICLE 9. Agreement of proof

The Customer recognizes that the electronic data linked to the use of the Site (including all connection data) and the associated backups (together called the " Electronic Documents ") may have full evidential value between the Customer and Astrovisionvoyance.fr . Thus, the Electronic Documents (including their date and time) may be used as evidence between the Parties in any litigation unless the Party against which the Electronic Document is invoked demonstrates the lack of evidential value.

The Customer recognizes in addition, in its contractual relations with tarotleader.com, the validity and the probative force of electronic mails.

ARTICLE 11 : FINAL PROVISIONS

11.1 Invalidity

The nullity of one of the clauses of the present General Sales Conditions will not entail the nullity of the other clauses of the contract or of the contract as a whole, which will keep their full effect and scope. In such a case, the Parties shall, as far as possible, replace the invalidated provision with a valid provision corresponding to the spirit and purpose of these Terms and Conditions.
